Cecilia Leibovitz

Certified Colon Hydrotherapist & Lymphatic Therapist

After learning I had chronic Lyme Disease in 2012 and later mold toxicity, I explored many treatments over about ten years, including colon hydrotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen, and other holistic therapies. Over time, I discovered that gravity colonics combined with a whole plant foods lifestyle had a great impact on my recovery. I also found lymphatic therapy extremely effective for relieving pain and inflammation, which I now offer to clients as part of a comprehensive approach to wellness.

Using colonics and dietary changes, I began to release parasites I hadn’t known I had, and about 80% of my mold illness symptoms subsided. Through consistent care and lifestyle adjustments, my Lyme Disease went into remission, and my health continues to improve, with symptoms now minimal.

I trained professionally to help others experience similar benefits. I studied colon hydrotherapy at the Wood Hygienic Institute, completing both standard and advanced certifications, and earned lymphatic therapist certification through Rightway Health and Wellness. I also completed Ann Wigmore’s Living Foods Lifestyle Program, expanding my expertise in nutrition and holistic wellness.

I served as a colon hydrotherapist at BodyMind Retreats in Ithaca, NY in 2022, opened my first location in Hardwick, Vermont that spring, and now operate Garden Within Therapies at Wellness 101, with appointments also available by request in Midtown East, Manhattan.
