What is Assisted Lymphatic Therapy?

Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT) is a non-invasive treatment that supports healthy lymphatic flow using a specialized medical device. By encouraging lymph movement, ALT helps reduce congestion, inflammation, and fluid buildup while supporting the body’s natural detox and healing processes.

Potential Benefits of Assisted Lymphatic Therapy:

  • Support for bloating and fluid-related discomfort

  • Support for headaches and inflammation-related symptoms

  • Support for autoimmune illness

  • Lyme disease support

  • Reduced edema and water retention

  • Post-surgical healing and tissue recovery

  • Pain reduction and injury recovery

  • Support for lymphedema and lymphatic congestion

  • Immune system support

  • Relaxation and nervous system regulation

What to expect from your free consultation:

Your complimentary phone consultation is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we:

  • Talk about your health concerns and goals

  • Review how ALT works

  • Explore whether ALT may be supportive to you

  • Answer your questions

When Assisted Lymphatic Therapy Is Contraindicated:

Assisted Lymphatic Therapy is not appropriate and cannot be performed if you:

  • Are pregnant

  • Have a pacemaker

  • Are on dialysis

  • Are taking immune-suppressant drugs for an organ transplant

  • Experience seizures

  • Have significantly weakened heart, lung, or kidney function

  • Have an acute infection with fever

If any of these apply to you, ALT should not be used. We can review your health history during your consultation to determine appropriate next steps.
